Wonder what learning styles are used in the Bhagavad-gita Study Guide?

Types of Activities
(Categorized for Varied Learning Styles)
To accommodate diverse learning preferences, the guide offers a variety of activity types:
• Action activities – puzzles, games, and hands-on learning.
• Artistic activities – drawing, designing, crafting, and creating visual representations of key ideas.
• Critical-thinking activities – encouraging logic, analysis, and application of Gītā
principles.
• Introspective activities – personal reflection and journaling to help students internalize the teachings.
• Science activities – linking Gītā concepts with scientific understanding.
• Theatrical activities – skits, role-plays, and dialogues that bring verses to life.
• Writing and Language activities – Focused on assessing students’ comprehension
and ability to clearly express what they have understood rather than grammar and
linguistics. These include reflections, essays, and other writing tasks. They also include comic strips – visual storytelling to capture themes in a fun and memorable way.

Do you have issues with your children refusing to eat their veggies?

This week we discuss “Habits and Daily Life”

How can we encourage healthy eating habits in children, especially when they resist eating vegetables?

07/16/2026

These are some questions parents ask regarding “Transmission of Values and Spiritual Culture.” How would you answer these? Do you have the same challenges?

• What practical tools help transmit spiritual wisdom to children, including conscious nutrition and healthy boundaries?

• What is the role of the family within the spiritual movement regarding Vedic values, the balance between love and service, and understanding the household ashram?

This week’s discussion:
Integral Education (Spiritual + Secular)
1. How can we organize daily time to provide a balanced, efficient, and holistic education?
2. How can we integrate secular education with spiritual principles and practices?
3. How can we involve the community in children’s education while maintaining focus on their integral development?

I’d like to invite you to discuss these questions in your communities. I would also love to hear how you tackle these issues. Please share your thoughts in the comments. 🙏
