We are super excited to host a Summer Camp presented by in Boise Idaho!
This will be some good old fashioned screen free outdoor fun! It’s a small camp, meaning there are not many spots available on purpose so don’t wait to sign your kids up!
We provide daily healthy snacks and lots of fun and opportunity for creative hands on learning about the homesteading life. Everything from where food comes from to taking care of the animals to building useful takehome items daily!
This is NOT your average summer camp, it’s designed to teach real world skills while having an absolute blast.

Creativity helps children learn how to solve problems, express themselves, take initiative, and think independently.
A child building a fort, drawing a picture, inventing a game, gardening, cooking, or asking endless questions is developing skills that carry into every part of life. Creativity builds confidence because kids learn to trust their own ideas and abilities.
Nourishing creativity also keeps wonder alive. It encourages curiosity, play, experimentation, and hands-on learning. The things that trulyhelp children stay engaged with the world around them.
At Apogee Boise, we believe creativity deserves to be protected and encouraged throughout childhood. 🌱

…is how we’ve normalized sitting children at desks for 6–8 hours a day, asking them to memorize information for tests, and calling that “education” — while movement, creativity, practical life skills, critical thinking, emotional regulation, and real-world experience get pushed to the side.
Kids are naturally curious. They learn by doing, exploring, building, questioning, moving, creating, failing, and trying again.
Education should prepare children for life, not just teach them how to comply with a system.
Some of the smartest, most capable kids struggle in traditional classrooms not because they lack intelligence… but because they were never meant to learn sitting still all day.
As parents, we should feel empowered to ask bigger questions about what learning could look like.

When children climb, run, balance, lift, build, and move their bodies, they are developing far more than strength. Movement teaches confidence, resilience, coordination, focus, discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving.
A child who learns to push through a hard workout, hike a trail, carry feed for animals, or master a new physical skill is also learning perseverance and self-belief. These are life skills.
At Apogee Boise, we believe proper child development includes movement, outdoor play, hands-on challenges, and physical capability. Healthy bodies support healthy minds, and children thrive when they are allowed to move, explore, create, and grow in the real world.

Shall we keep going??
What if school…
looked more like mentorship than management?
focused on confidence as much as academics?
prepared kids for life, not just tests?
encouraged curiosity instead of compliance?
gave children more freedom to think independently?
included movement, entrepreneurship, leadership, and real-world skills every day?
felt more like a community than a system?
was designed around how children actually learn best?
gave kids the space to grow at their own pace?
Put family first….
If you liked any of what we just said, you might just be our people! Accepting enrollments for fall, let’s build something amazing together.
