ISPI LIVE with David James: The State of Learning in the Flow of Work

FOR FREE! Join ISPI Bay Area/Boise State Virtual Chapter this Saturday at Noon (EDT) for insight from David James, Chief Learning Officer at 360Learning.

To participate, go to https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7_8bIb495A5z5ExIkaxDDg at NOON (EDT) Saturday November 12.

With so many competing demands right now, it's no surprise that learners don't have the time to learn at work. So why do we expect people to spend hours browsing learning platforms like they would Netflix? The truth is, when it comes to learning platforms, more courses doesn't always equal better. Learners need to solve problems in the workflow quickly before moving on to the next big task.

That's where 'learning in the flow of work' comes in.
n this session, David James will present data-driven insights from 2,961 learners and L&D leaders on what learners really need to be effective, where L&D leaders are getting things right, and where there's room for us to lift our game.
