Welcome back to ! Meet Greg:

Hey, my name is Greg and I’m a Stretch Practitioner at both the Boise and Meridian studios. I’ve been here for 3 years now and have my degree in Kinesiology from Boise State. My favorite stretches to do on clients are low back and erector spinae and my favorite stretches to have done on me are neck and erector spinae. If I’m not in one of the studios, my favorite thing to do is go fishing.

Happy ! Meet Delaney:

Hi, I'm Delaney and I am a Stretch Practitioner at both the Boise and Meridian locations and the Assistant Regional Manager of the Treasure Valley locations. I have been with Stretch Zone for a total of almost two years. I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitative Science from Boise State. My favorite stretches to do on clients are the neck stretches and my favorite stretches to have done on me are the hamstrings. If you don't see me in one of the studios, I'm probably being crafty! Happy ! Meet Lauren:

Hi, my name is Lauren and I am a Stretch Pracitioner for the Meridian location and the Regional Manager over the Treasure Valley locations! I've been here for a year and eight months. I have a degree in biology, but I've also been a certified yoga teacher since 2018. My favorite stretch to do on our clients is our Chiro stretch because it's such a low back relief, but my favorite stretch to have done on me is Putty Paw--sometimes I even get some good pops out of it! But it gives some relief while working on my posture. If you can't find me at Stretch Zone, I'm probably doing yoga or gardening. I can't wait to work with you!
