Carmel Aviation is looking for a Front Desk Team Member to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and wants to help students throughout their flight training journey.

This position is approximately 30 hours per week, with a regular Tuesday–Saturday schedule and some flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities include:
• Welcoming students and visitors
• Scheduling flight lessons
• Proctoring PSI exams
• Light housekeeping
• Keeping the office running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable using computers
• Willing to jump in wherever needed
• Able to pass the required airport background check

✈️ No aviation experience required
💲 Starting at $17/hour
