To my core I believe that women can have it all. You can have the career of your dreams and the family of your dreams. Does it take some serious planning, intention and work? YES! But it is 100% possible.
Through years and years as a therapist- this was a constant issue that I was seeing women have. The angst and emotion that women carry because they struggle with managing and finding balance.

Ladies- why do we go above and beyond for everyone to make their life more simple, but when it comes to ourselves, we often find ourselves on the struggle bus?! What would your life look like if you started to invest in yourself a little bit more? What would your life look like if you worked 1:1 with someone to dig deep to the root problem and create better systems so things in your life flowed more smoothly?
Hiring a personal coach would be just the thing 🥰
