What a journey. It’s crazy to think back and realize I have made the gym a consistent part of my life for more than 9 years!
Just as any journey, there has been countless ups and downs but I wouldn’t change it for anything. Seeing the growth in my mindset, confidence, health and body has been unbelievably rewarding.
That is what inspires me to coach, helping others see this growth as well. Trust me, it is not easy, but man is it worth it!
