I want to take a minute to thank everyone for the gifts, flowers, food, hugs, sweet thoughts, and most of all the prayers that have been sent our way since the loss of our sweet daughter Stacey Nicole Medlock on May 16th. It has truly touched our hearts to see how many lives our Stacey Medlock had touched.

The Spartan Marketing Fundraiser will not be delivered to the school until school resumes. As soon as that happens, we will send out another message to let you know when we can send your fundraiser items home. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I want to make sure we do our part to not spread germs.

Book Swap happens next week Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday! This is a great opportunity for your child to get some new reading material for Christmas break... without having to spend any money. Any book at elementary school level can be swapped for a different one. There will be plenty to choose from, from PreK level up to 4th grade!

Book Swap is coming! On December 9, 10 and 11 your child will be able to trade books from home for new reading materials at the PTO table outside the school library. This is a great time to get some fresh books for Christmas break without having to spend money.
Please make sure you give your child permission to trade the books they choose, and that all materials are clean and in good condition.

Boxtops has gone digital! You will still find some boxtops on products in the store, but if you see the picture below, you earn boxtops by scanning your receipt in the new Box Tops app.

It’s easy!
1. Shop like you always do and keep your receipt.
2. Use the Box Tops app to scan your receipt within 14 days of purchase.
3. Make sure you have James H. Hendrix selected as your school to donate to.
4. That’s it! Box tops are immediately added to our school earnings!

You can still send in physical Box tops if you have them. 😃
