Ms. Gressette’s art class explored color mixing with paint. After reading the book “Mouse Paint” by Ellen Walsh, students experimented using their fingers as mice that danced in the colors just like the story. Mrs. Pearson’s class also drew mice to display with their work to share the story of their experience.

Ms. Loop’s first grade class had double the fun added to this last week. Our Boosterthon’s “Nitro Nicole” and “Raisin Bran Brandon” joined the class to work with math manipulatives, carefully count, and accurately explain or ‘prove it’ whenever they gave an answer. It was a super time practicing strategies to solve real-world problems as well as fast facts.

Mrs. Mosley & Mrs. Houghton’s class is officially all geared up for 4K! 🐼❤️

Our little learners are busy getting to know their school, learning classroom routines and procedures, discovering what it means to be a good friend, and, most importantly, having SO much fun along the way! 📚✨

Mrs. Finch’s classes worked together to create dioramas about the importance of teamwork. Each team received the same materials and created their own unique design. Students enjoyed sharing ideas, working together, and getting to know their classmates. The activity was a fun way to build teamwork and creativity.
