Today, we recognized students whose hard work in the classroom earned them a place on the President’s List or Dean’s List.

It was a pleasure to see students stop by Tucker and Dover Campus Centers to receive their recognition cards and pins. Their dedication and achievement deserve to be celebrated.

Gardner-Webb is in motion this semester.

See someone you know? See yourself?

This year, I’ve wanted to make more room to share the everyday scenes that can be easy to pass by: students heading to class, connecting with friends, and making the most of their time here.

They may seem like ordinary moments, but they are part of what makes the college experience meaningful and memorable long after our students leave campus.

Home opener. First win. Family Weekend. It doesn’t get much better.
Our students brought the energy from kickoff to the final whistle, and our Bulldogs delivered. Beyond the field, families saw what Gardner-Webb is all about: students growing in faith at The Webb, cadets leading with purpose in our ROTC program, and a campus where every student is preparing for what comes next.
Thanks for joining us, families. We’re just getting started.

Congratulations to 2nd Lt. Paul McElearney on his commissioning. It was a privilege to celebrate this important milestone and recognize his commitment to service and leadership. Proud to see another Gardner-Webb Bulldog take this next step.

Grateful for Uptown Shelby businesses welcoming Gardner-Webb students and creating an opportunity for them to experience all that downtown has to offer.

First day of classes at Gardner-Webb!

Brittany and I enjoyed spending yesterday morning with students, along with Bo and members of the Cabinet. We served coffee and tea, helped students find their way around campus and shared a few words of encouragement as the new academic year gets underway.

Wishing all of our Bulldogs a great start to the semester!
