Clay Chicken Plate & Crazy Chicken Friend

Saturday 11/7 @ 12pm

Join us as we bring a sassy chicken and her crazy friend to life in this fun filled clay workshop. Led by our whimsical instructor, Avery, you will learn to make your very own chicken shaped plate and a fun hanging crazy chicken friend. Explore textures, learn how to add and attach special features, and more.

After building, your pieces will stay at the studio to dry and go through their bisque firing. Once they’re ready, you’ll return for a second creative session to glaze your work in any colors or styles you love. Two experiences for the price of one!

Color Outside The Lines
Homeschool Teen Club

FREE

Tuesdays 11:30am-1pm
10/13 & 10/27

Color Outside The Lines is for the homeschool teen who does just that! This teen club is a safe place for homeschooled teens to gather and socialize with like minded peers and find a sense of belonging.

What To Expect:
The club will meet twice in the month of October (10/13 & 10/27). It is open to students 13+ and drop offs are welcome. The club will be supervised by a seasoned, veteran homeschool educator. Students can bring their own school work to work on, play available board games with friends, or explore their creativity with complimentary drawing supplies. As the club grows, teens will be encouraged to take more ownership and leadership in the direction of the group and how they can continue to serve and connect with others in the community.

If your teen is feeling isolated, struggling to find their tribe, or just looking to find a group where they are accepted just as they are, we welcome them to come color outside the lines and connect with others.

Registration is not required. Just show up as you are!
