Today, they were officially presented with their awards and checks after earning both the People's Choice Award and Best Tasting Lemonade. A remarkable achievement that reflects their hard work, creativity, and joyful spirit.

What makes this accomplishment even sweeter is their generosity. The girls chose to give back to St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School, helping support our future library and the students who will enjoy it for years to come.

As we look back on our inaugural school year with gratitude and joy, we are incredibly proud of our students for their hard work, growth, and faith-filled journey. This first graduating class has helped lay the foundation for a beautiful future rooted in truth, goodness, and beauty.

This graduation is more than a ceremony. It is the celebration of a historic first year for our school community. Today, we celebrated the final Mass of our very first school year at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School. A truly special and emotional milestone for our entire community. Led by Father Norm, this beautiful Mass gave us the opportunity to reflect on all that God has done through our students, families, teachers, staff, and parish during this inaugural year.

We would also like to congratulate our Virtue of the Month award winners! This month’s virtue was self-control. A virtue that encourages patience, discipline, kindness, and choosing what is right even when it is difficult. We are incredibly proud of the students who modeled this virtue so well throughout the month.

What began as a vision has now become a thriving school community filled with faith, learning, and joy. As our students head into summer break, we are filled with excitement knowing that next school year we will return together in our brand new school building!

Our 5th & 6th grade students in Mrs. Aguero’s class had an unforgettable adventure at the NASA Space Center! 🚀✨

Students explored incredible exhibits that brought science, engineering, and space exploration to life. From learning about astronaut training and space missions to seeing real spacecraft and interactive displays, the trip gave our students a hands-on look at the wonders of discovery and innovation.

We are so grateful for opportunities that allow our students to learn beyond the classroom walls!

Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Ashlie D’Spain as the new Assistant Principal of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School!

After 30 years in public education with Boerne ISD, Mrs. D’Spain is excited to bring her experience, leadership, and deep Catholic faith to our school community. A longtime parishioner of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Parish, she is passionate about forming the whole child in a Christ-centered environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

Mrs. D’Spain and her husband, Bryan, have been members of our parish community for decades, making this new chapter especially meaningful for their family. We are grateful for her heart for Catholic education and look forward to the many ways she will serve our students, families, and faculty.

First, we would like to congratulate Father David Chacko on the 3rd anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood! Thank you, Father David, for your faithful service, guidance, and the joy you bring to our students, families, and parish each day. We are so grateful for your dedication to forming hearts and minds in Christ through both your ministry and your work as one of our beloved teachers. Please join us in praying for Father David as he continues his vocation and service to the Church!

We also want to give a HUGE congratulations to our wonderful “Lovely Lemonade Ladies” for winning Boerne Lemonade Days! 🍋🏆 Through their hard work, creativity, and generous hearts, they raised an incredible $2,110 through lemonade and homemade lemon bars they also donated every dollar back to our school community.

Their kindness, entrepreneurial spirit, and love for our school are truly inspiring. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to support them and help make such an amazing impact!

What a beautiful reminder of how faith, generosity, and community continue to shine at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School. 💙💛
