Dara Coleman joins us from Ingram ISD, where she served as an AVID Tutor/Paraprofessional, bringing valuable experience and a passion for education. A dedicated resident of Boerne for almost 25 years, Dara is deeply connected to the community. She is proud to have one graduate from Champion High School and currently has two students attending Champion. Dara’s commitment to fostering student success and her local insights make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Elaina Sharron is an experienced education professional with more than 20 years in education, including 17 years as a Special Education teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a master’s degree from Sul Ross State University. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to supporting student success through individualized instruction, advocacy, collaboration, and strong leadership.

Passionate about helping students reach their full potential, Elaina works closely with families, educators, and administrators to create positive and inclusive learning environments. Outside of her career, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with animals, and is the proud mother of a daughter attending Texas A&M University. She remains committed to making a meaningful impact in education and serving students and communities with compassion and dedication.

Mr. Daniel Rodriguez is an experienced educator with more than 15 years of dedicated service supporting student success and creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments. Originally from Costa Rica, he has lived in the United States for the past three years and brings a valuable international perspective to education.
Mr. Rodriguez holds both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Special Education from one of Costa Rica’s leading universities, as well as a second Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with students, families, and educators to promote academic achievement, support diverse learners, and foster a culture where every student can thrive.
He is excited to join the Boerne Middle School South community and looks forward to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff. Outside of education, Mr. Rodriguez enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring new cultures.

We are excited to welcome Mrs. Monica Paco as our new school counselor. Mrs. Paco brings 11 years of educational experience and most recently served at Kendall Elementary, where she worked as both a special education case manager and school counselor. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA).
Originally from Arizona, Mrs. Paco earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and her master’s degree from UTSA. As the spouse of a military veteran, she and her family had the opportunity to live in several states before settling in Boerne six years ago.
Mrs. Paco and her family enjoy being active members of the Boerne community. They have two children, one currently attending college and another in high school. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time outdoors.
Mrs. Paco is passionate about supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth and looks forward to building relationships with students, staff, and families during the upcoming school year. Welcome, Mrs. Paco!
