📣 Huge shoutout to Gym U Tots for having me out there this summer. What a fun group of coaches! We played a couple of games and then jumped right into our training session. We went over the methods and traits needed to run a successful program. We also discussed group flow and how to deliver technical corrections that will actually S T I C K 🙌

👉 The fun begins next week!! Looking forward to coming back to Clovis for fun team games and training. These coaches really know what they’re doing🤸‍♀️🎉

Our Playgroup Program is where the magic happens — little ones build strength, coordination, and confidence while making their very first gym friends. And honestly? The grown-ups have just as much fun.

👀 This hula hoop game is great for all ages! Navigate around the floor while the music plays. When the music stops, step inside of a hoop as quickly as you can! Let a friend join you! ⭕️

🎮 Color Chaos: The Caller will yell out a color and the players must tap that color as quickly as possible. You’ll be eliminated if you touch the wrong color or you’re too slow! 🐢🟢🟡🟣🔵 Good luck!

• Call out two colors in a row (green/yellow) players must tap them in the exact sequence
• Cross-Over. Players use their LEFT foot for colors on the RIGHT and vice-versa
• Body Swap. Players start on hands and knees. Caller calls out color AND body part! (Yellow-Elbow)

Teamwork makes the dream work - especially when you’re linked together by pens! 🖊️🤝 Our staff was on point with this Pointer Pen Relay game. There was a lot of laughing and a whole lot of team spirit🎉
