🚨Weather Update: Boerne HS closed. No Summer School today⚠️

Dear Boerne ISD Families,

Due to the continued severe weather in the area and its impact on area roads, Boerne ISD will be closed today, Monday, June 15.

Please stay weather aware. We thank our local law enforcement partners for their ongoing efforts to keep our community safe.

We will continue to monitor the impacts to our area. Please monitor Boerne ISD website, text updates, social media, emails, and local media for updates.

This summer, American College Application Campaign (ACAC) is partnering with College Essay Guy to offer a free, one-day Personal Statement Boot Camp designed to help high school juniors get started on one of the most challenging parts of the college application process: the college essay.

The session will be led by Ethan Sawyer (College Essay Guy), author of College Essay Essentials, a widely used resource among counselors and students.

Students who participate will:
•Learn what colleges are really looking for in a personal statement.
•Discover how to find meaningful topics and stories.
•Begin brainstorming and outlining their essay.
•Walk away with practical tools they can use to continue writing & revising.

📢 Reminders about parking on campus next school year...🚗

1. Must have opted in to random drug testing when registering for new school year. If opted out, no parking on campus.
2. Must have paid all outstanding parking violations from 2025-26
3. Must fill out google form of vehicle you will park on campus.
4. Must pay $50 via RevTrak for a sticker

If ALL steps have not been completed, then you will not be allowed to park on campus and no painted spot will be sold to you.

Greyhounds, we still have several yearbooks that have NOT been picked up yet. If you have NOT picked up your yearbook, please swing by the Front Office, Mon-Thurs between 8am-4:30pm to pick it up. 📚

We do have a few books left to sale for $90 each, check or cash. If you need to purchase one come by before they sell out! 💵

We are in the process of ordering t-shirts for Fish Camp, so in order to guarantee your freshman a shirt, PLEASE register prior to June 10 if you haven’t. 😊
