Help Keep the Coffee Brewing!

Our teachers have been enjoying the coffee bar, and we’re so happy it’s been a hit! ❤️ We’re running low on coffee and could use a little help restocking.

If you’d like to contribute, we would appreciate donations of k-cups to keep our teachers fueled and ready to take on the day!

Scan the QR code to visit our Amazon Wishlist and have supplies sent directly to the school. Donations can also be dropped off at the front desk.

Thank you for helping us take care of the amazing teachers and staff at West Boca!

We’ve been going through the photos from our Courtyard Beautification Project, and our hearts are full all over again.

Seeing these moments captured, the hard work, the smiles, the dirt, and so many people coming together, is a pretty amazing reminder of what can happen when a community works toward a common goal.

Thank you again to everyone who spent part of their day with us and helped make this project so special. We’re incredibly grateful. 💙

And a huge thank you to Aaron Latham, West Boca parent and talented photographer, who spent the entire day capturing all of these moments for us. These photos are such a gift, and we’re so grateful you were there to document it all!

Today was truly something special.

Watching 150+ volunteers come together - students, families, teachers, staff, The Home Depot team, CMP Landscaping, and our local fire department, all working side by side was incredible.

There really aren’t words for what it felt like to look around and see so many people giving their time to make our school a better place.

A huge thank you to Gabriele Bauer, our 2024–2026 PTSA President, whose vision, determination, and years of work helped make this project possible. She never stopped working to bring this opportunity to West Boca, and today we got to see that vision come to life. 💙

Thank you to The Home Depot for your incredible generosity, not only for donating the plants, umbrellas, and mulch, but for truly going above and beyond. You showed up with tools, gloves, shirts, and an amazing team of volunteers ready to work right alongside us. We are so grateful!

Thank you to CMP Landscaping for donating your time and expertise and helping us bring it all together.

Thank you to Juan, our West Boca custodian, for being there before the sun came up to let us in and for helping throughout the entire event. We appreciate you!

Thank you to Capitini’s Deli for donating delicious sandwiches to keep our volunteers fueled throughout the morning.

Thank you to Aaron Latham for documenting the day. We can’t wait to share the amazing professional photos to come!

And thank you to Brian for capturing the day from above with drone photography. We can’t wait to see those views!

And finally, thank you to every single volunteer who showed up today. We truly could not have done this without you.

This is just a quick glimpse of an incredible day, there’s so much more to share! Watching our community come together, roll up their sleeves, and transform this space was something we won’t soon forget.

West Boca showed up, and wow, did we get it done!

Wow, over 150 volunteers have signed up! We are so grateful for the amazing response and cannot wait to work with you all on this project!

Along with our friends from The Home Depot, local landscapers, and the fire department, it’s shaping up to be an amazing morning at West Boca High School!

To everyone who has signed up, thank you so much for being willing to spend part of your morning helping make our courtyard a better place for our school community! We can’t wait to see you Saturday!

If you haven’t had a chance to sign up yet but would like to join us, there’s still time! Check out the link in our bio to sign up. https://linktr.ee/westbocaptsa

A few things to know before you arrive:

* Wear closed-toe shoes. We’ll have landscapers on site working with equipment, so closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for everyone’s safety.

* We’ll be working rain or shine! Bring sunscreen, water, and a hat, but you may also want to toss a poncho or rain jacket in your bag. It’s South Florida!

* Bring gardening gloves if you have them. We’ll definitely be getting our hands in the dirt!

* Have an outdoor broom or battery-powered leaf blower? Bring it along if you’d like, they’ll be especially helpful for cleanup.

* Sign in when you arrive. Stop by the volunteer table when you get here.

* Students, don’t forget your service hours! Stop by the volunteer table before you leave to pick up your service hours form.

Most importantly, come ready to work, have some fun, and get a little dirty!

See you Saturday! Go Bulls! 💙🌱
