Sandpiper’s first Yoga Under the Stars was a huge success! The weather was beautiful with a slight breeze. Krystof’s sound bowls welcomed us in and helped settle our busy minds while DJ Cliff’s jazzy beats kept a chill vibe throughout the flow! Thanks to Mrs. Placil, Mrs. Cirillo, and our AMAZING PTA for supporting this magical event! Thank you to all the families and community members that came to support! All proceeds benefited the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope! Thank you Dr. Perl for speaking and practicing with us!

Doors open at 5:30, session starts at 6pm.

The walk js October 24th at South County Park! I am leading a Sunrise Yoga Flow at the event at 7:15am and the warm up before the walk! 🎀 The walk begins at 9:00am. 🎀 I hope to see you there!
