The Runway at Florida Atlantic is now officially has the State of Florida Entrepreneurship Educator of the Year teaching in the program.

Kevin Cox, Ph.D., director of the Adams Center for Entrepreneurship and assistant professor in the College of Business, was the recipient of the 2025 State of Florida Entrepreneurship Educator of the Year award by the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship at Florida State University. The award honors a Florida educator for outstanding dedication and excellence in teaching and has significantly contributed to student learning, in pedagogy and the advancement of entrepreneurship education at their school and/or throughout the state.
