A national honor for an outstanding College of Education faculty member.
Ali A. Danesh, Ph.D., professor of communication sciences and disorders, has been named a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, one of the highest professional honors in the field.
The recognition honors his contributions to audiology through research, education, mentorship, clinical expertise and leadership. At Florida Atlantic, his interdisciplinary work explores connections among hearing, balance, cognition and neurological health while creating valuable research opportunities for students.
