However, there is limited published research and consensus on how best to train peer leaders to have a positive impact on their peers. This webinar explores groundbreaking research on the integration of Appreciative Education strategies and techniques into the training of peer leaders, specifically peer advisors, received at a four-year public university. Together, we will discuss key considerations and ways Appreciative Education can be applied to peer leadership training.
