It’s starting to take shape!
Every day brings us closer to seeing the Jacober Pavilion come to life. With construction continuing to move forward, it’s exciting to watch this new addition to the DKJA campus transform right before our eyes.
We can’t wait to see what the next phase brings!

A meaningful addition to a new chapter at DKJA.
A mezuzah now marks the entrance to our renovated Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt High School. Placed on the doorpost, the mezuzah serves as a powerful reminder that Jewish values, tradition, and identity are at the heart of the DKJA experience.
As our students walk through these doors each day, they enter a space where learning, growth, and Jewish life come together.

Our Middle School teachers are continuing to learn, grow, and lead!
This summer, Batsheva Klein, Victoria Imler, and Eden Leder participated in the Brandeis Teacher Leadership Program, a master’s-level certification program designed to develop classroom teachers into educational leaders.
Batsheva completed her second summer in the program and is working toward her second master’s degree, while Victoria and Eden completed their first summer. Through intensive coursework, the program explores school culture, organization, leadership, and creating positive change all grounded in student work and improving student learning.
We’re so proud to have three DKJA Middle School teachers investing in their own growth while bringing new ideas, perspectives, and leadership back to our school community!

Shabbat Shalom from !
Our Eagles are back, the halls are full again, and the 2026–27 school year is officially underway. It’s been a great first week of reconnecting, settling in, and starting a brand-new chapter together.

Today’s K–8 Sneak Peek gave our students and families an exciting look at what’s ahead for the 2026–27 school year!
Students had the chance to meet new friends, explore school clubs, the arts, athletics, music, the lunch program, and more- all while getting reacquainted with DKJA before the first day of school. And of course, a stop at the Kona Ice truck made the day even sweeter!
We loved seeing our Eagles back and getting excited for another incredible year together. The countdown is almost over, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back!

“This summer, I had the opportunity to compete in the Maccabiah Games in Israel on the U15 Girls Soccer Team. One of the most special parts of the experience was meeting Jewish people from all over the United States and around the world. Walking out onto the huge stage at Teddy Stadium is an experience I will never forget. I was proud of myself for going into the Games without knowing anyone and coming home with some of my best friends. Representing the United States as a Jewish athlete was something I had always dreamed of, and getting to experience it was truly amazing.” - Amber Bernstein
We are so proud to see our DKJA students representing their country, embracing their Jewish identity, building lifelong connections, and pursuing their passions on an international stage. What an incredible accomplishment and unforgettable experience!
The finishing touches are underway!
After a summer of renovations, the Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt High School is getting ready to welcome students back this week to a newly updated space and a fresh start for the year ahead.
We can’t wait for our High-Schoolers to walk through these doors and experience all of the exciting updates for themselves. See you soon!

What a sweet way to kick off the school year!
Yesterday’s Sundae Funday brought our newest DKJA families together for an afternoon of sweet treats, crafts, face painting, basketball, and plenty of fun. It was wonderful welcoming everyone and seeing new connections begin as we get ready for the year ahead!
A big thank you to our PTO for putting together such a fun afternoon for our community. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back later this week!
