In this video, I’m teaching Lucas and Gabriel a few details of that combination. Even after 35 years of practicing Jiu-Jitsu and more than 30 years of teaching, my passion for the sport and my love for helping both kids and adults improve are still the same.

Bia did a great job interviewing JP and Maya after their UFC BJJ matches. She has a real talent for this! I loved your video, Bia. Keep up the great work! I think you should interview our PAN AMS champions, Mateus Dias and LORENZO TAROUCO this week. It would be great!

After class today, I spent some time showing one of our students how to use the arm drag. He’ll be competing at the IBJJF Fort Lauderdale Open soon, so we worked on how to set it up in training and competition.

Move toward your opponent and invite them to grab your collar. As they reach, control their wrist, bring your right hand under the triceps, and go for the arm drag. Drill it several times, then add the takedown.
