Great, 2nd day of Karate Thanksgiving camp.  Took our students to see the new wicked movie and now back to the Karate school to do some training. Happy thanksgiving everyone!

I want to take a moment to thank Mr. Tony Capone my teacher, my mentor and my friend for driving every week from Coral Springs to come train me at my school and asking for nothing in return and being so patient with me. You have given me the inspiration to not give up on myself and to continue my Kenpo Journey. I so appreciate you. Thank you Sir 🙏

A big shout out and thank you to Cory Wolosh and Hank Tanzer and Jill Saperstein Malman for their generous donation of toys for children of fallen officers collected at C's Kenpo Karate, Inc. . Toys will be delivered tomorrow.
