Friday nights = youth night at FTX. 🏋️ Our Youth Class runs every Friday at 4:30pm with Coach Darin. Games, teamwork, and coaching that meets kids exactly where they are.

It is the one hour a week where working out feels like play.

September was a good one. A Combine in the books, a run with Celis, a few birthdays, and a lot of new faces walking through the door for the first time. 🙌

Here’s what October looks like. 🍂

🌅 Start your day with us Mon and Fri at 6am, or Tue and Thu at 7 and 8:30am. Hyrox is Tue and Thu at 6pm too. 🏋️

🏃 Run Club is FREE on Mondays at 6pm.

Weekends? Bootcamp is Saturday at 9am 💪 and Hyrox is Sunday at 8:30 and 10am. 🔥
👟 Youth Class (ages 6 to 8) is Fridays at 4:30pm.

📅 Mark your calendars. The next Combine is 11/7.

It’s Coach Darin’s birthday! 🎂 NFL, NHL, MLB, Olympians, and north of 100 Division I athletes. That’s the resume. But what actually matters around here is that he’ll coach a first timer with the same standard he brings to a pro.
