A bittersweet from Native-X Obstacle Fitness Race - our last one as a gym, but definitely not as a team!
Thank you for all of your support, love and dedication throughout the past 6 years. HSD Fitness has always been more than just a gym – it’s a family – and none of this would’ve been possible without each and every one of you.
We have watched our members – many of them from the very beginnings of their fitness journeys – blossom into confident, healthy and most importantly, selfless athletes who put other’s needs in front of their own.
The spirit of HSD will live on in each one of you.

A message from HSD Fitness owners, Carmine and Carolina:
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce HSD Fitness will be closing its doors on Friday, January 27th. You have all become a family to us and to each other. We have put 6 years of love into this gym and couldn't be prouder of what it has grown to become…thanks to you.
But as they say, all good things come to an end. We have both recently experienced major life changing events which led us to the realization that we must follow our hearts as we move close to the mountain life. We’ll be beginning the next chapter of our lives, dedicated to enjoying the fruits of our labor.
Despite our tireless efforts, we were unable to find a new owner and pass along the torch of HSD Fitness, however HSD will never truly end. Over the past months and years, you have all worked hard and grown together, as a team.
We know you will all continue the spirit of HSD, because that spirit does not lie within these walls, it lies within our hearts.”
