Calibrating a laptop screen uses the same principals as TV or projector calibration, but the process is quite different. Calibrating a laptop screen for proper white and black level, greyscale, gamma, and the color gamut is important to video, photo, graphic designers, and any other imaging professionals. Or perhaps the everyday enthusiast who uses their laptop to watch their favorite content. Join Jason as he performs a calibration of his laptop and see how the before, during, and after results!

Calibration myth - "TVs are good enough out of the box!"
Check out the "before calibration" screenshot from a well regarded TV. The color gamut is to big, causing oversaturated cartoon colors, and the greyscale is too blue. This is fixable!

Checking the ISF website for Florida, there are no calibrators listed in the panhandle all the way to Jacksonville. Also, there are very few active calibrators in S Florida. These are untapped markets!
This is the perfect opportunity for Florida based integrators or aspiring calibrators to come get some ISF training!
