My TEDx was just released!! Heartfelt Lesson from My Daughter:the Origin of Self-Worth

The parenting journey is unlike anything else.

By the time my girls were 5, 6 and 7, I knew my family was in trouble; the daily struggles were no longer sustainable. There was something I was missing.

I recently had the opportunity to repurpose the hard times we went through by sharing our story on the TEDxDelrayBeach platform.

Maybe you can relate. Let me know 🙏❤️

What if love isn’t enough to raise a mentally healthy society? In this powerful talk, a mother shares the moment she saw her young daughter slipping into sad...

Sharing my parenting struggles on the TEDx Delray Beach stage this past weekend, was incredible.

Heartbreak, especially when it comes to your kids, is next level.

Not only have I discovered how to turn things around in my home, creating the deep connections I had always dreamed of with my girls but now I also get to repurpose that pain by passing the info on to other parents.

While I know the teenage years (which I'm on the brink of) and every phase will always offer new challenges, the foundational skills and education I share in my talk, leave me confident that we will get through it much easier than before.

If you haven't joined my mailing list, please DM your email so I can add you. This way, you'll be the first to know when the video is available.

Unveiling the Secrets of Transformational Parenting

While studying parenting for almost six years, I came across concepts that were completely new to me and opened up a new world of understanding.

These transformative concepts are included in the Transformational Parenting Coaching Program:

👉Attachment Science: Exploring the emotional bonds between parents and children and their impact on development.
👉Nervous System Science: Understanding how our nervous system influences our reactions and behaviors.
👉Brain Science: Gaining insights into the developing brain and its role in children's learning and behavior.
👉Emotional Intelligence: Developing the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions in ourselves and others.
👉Values and Boundaries: Establishing core values and healthy boundaries within the family.
👉Conscious Communication: Practicing mindful and intentional communication with our children.

These concepts are the keys to creating a nurturing and supportive environment, helping our children grow into emotionally intelligent and resilient individuals. 🌟💖

Please DO allow your children to share their perspectives. Perspective change here. ✨

09/28/2024

It’s tough to admit, but there will be days when you don’t like your kids’ behavior.

That doesn’t make you a bad parent; it makes you human.

Understanding that this is normal can help you navigate those challenging moments with more grace and patience
