This video (available in both DVD and Digital HD) will take you through the logistics of opening up a martial arts school of any style (finding the right locations, first gear to invest in, attracting students, managing instructors, presenting yourself, insurance, standing out from competition) as well as the interaction with your students (how to make corrections properly, boosting self-esteem, gaining their respect, establishing your authority, handling challenging students and parents, getting the most out of them.)

If you are considering opening up your own martial arts program or teaching part time, you'll want this video to see the trials and errors of others so you don't have to make expensive mistakes yourself.
