From a touchdown pass and a slide into home, to a three-point shot at the buzzer, a perfect ace serve, a goalie’s save, a no-hitter, or a stride across the finish line… our Boaz Pirates can be there for it all! 🏴‍☠️

Athletic passes are going home TODAY and give FREE admission to all Boaz students to all regular-season Boaz home games!

Now all our Boaz Pirates can be there to support their friends and classmates and cheer them on all season long! 📣

So excited to see lots of our students at Boaz athletic events this school year! Admission includes: football, flag football, volleyball, basketball, track, softball, soccer, and baseball!

🎉 Big news for Boaz City Schools students! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the P.I.R.A.T.E. Foundation and Boaz Walmart, all BCS students will receive free admission to regular-season home sporting events this year! 🏈⚾🏀⚽

Student passes will be distributed in the next few weeks—stay tuned for more info on when and how your student will receive their pass. Let’s pack the stands and cheer on our Pirates all year long! 🏴‍☠️

Have you gotten your yet? We've seen several on the roads lately! Remember that $42 of the plate cost ($50) is going back to support a Boaz classroom! Also, students who have a Pirate Foundation tag on the vehicle you will be driving to school, you do not have to pay for parking at school this year!! (Does not include parking for games, etc) ❤️🏴‍☠️

The PIRATE Foundation was proud to award more than $17,000 in classroom and school-wide grants during the 2025–2026 school year!

Congratulations to this year’s Pirate Foundation Scholarship recipients, Aly Sullivan and Hadleigh Hayes!

We had several outstanding applicants this year and choosing our recipients was not easy. We are proud to recognize these students for their hard work and commitment to continuing their education.

The Pirate Foundation was proud to host our 7th annual academic banquet at the beautiful Pine Crest Lodge, honoring the Class of 2026 seniors who have earned Latin Honors distinction. Thank you to our keynote speaker, Mr. Kyle Bennett, for your encouraging message.

We also would like to thank Boaz Superintendent Dr. Ashley Walls, BHS Principal Mr. Chris Hayes and BHS Asst. Principal Mrs. Misty Sumners for attending and speaking with this group of seniors.
