Blythewood Tae Kwon Do has been an integral part of the Blythewood community for the past 20+ years. We teach traditional martial arts in a positive, family-friendly, Christian atmosphere. For children we can improve: focus, concentration, self-confidence, coordination, weight loss and discipline. For adults we can improve: flexibility, weight loss and stress reduction.
