Hi everyone. It’s me, from E.A.T.S. (Emergency Action Team Services)again. It’s time for us to resume our preparation for the fall and winter seasons in WNC. This is yet another desperate plea for help for the victims of Hurricane Helene, in WNC. Many of these folks are still living on the soon to be frozen mud, in tents and other shelters. They are proud people who need our help. The E.A.T.S. Team and our great donors are trying to do God’s Work, by providing as much as we can to help keep these people warm, dry and fed.
I know it seems like we are always asking for more and more donations… But, the truth is, without your help, we cannot help these folks.

WHAT’S NEEDED NOW:
1. Propane, propane and more propane. Full or empty #20 to #40 tanks are needed so very much.
2. Fire Wood (cut/split)or logs that we can cut and split
3. Propane, Diesel, Kerosene or Electric heaters and/or electric blankets
4. Heavy coats, jackets, hats, to HELP US HELP THESE PEOPLE. MANY OF THEM HAVE LITERALLY LOST EVERYTHING.
5. We are also trying to gather as many construction tools as possible to actually get involved in the boots on the ground, helping to rebuilding what needs to be done.
6. We also need nonperishable food supplies and coffee. Also drinks that don’t require constant refrigeration.
WE ARE HAPPY TO COME PICKUP DONATIONS. WE CAN ALWAYS USE MONETARY DONATIONS. THESE DONATIONS CAN BE MAILED TO OUR CHURCH, Fair Lawn Methodist at 9203 Wilson Blvd Columbia SC 29203, with WNC FUND in the memo line. Direct odonations can also be made via these Apps.
