Bluffton Child Development Center Bluffton Child Development Center is a preschool and child care center located in Bluffton, OH.

We believe that all children should have the opportunity to learn at their own appropriate level of development. We accomplish this by a hands-on approach to education that encourages each child to become excited about the learning process. The staff recognizes the importance of balanced growth so they provide opportunities for mental, physical, and emotional growth through a variety of creative experiences.
