BLUFFTON, YOU DID IT!! ❤️🖤🤍

We knew our community would show up for our kids, but you guys really showed up! Our recent digital fundraiser was a HUGE success, and we are so excited to say that we reached our goal! 🏴‍☠️

A BIG Pirate-sized THANK YOU to all of our athletes, parents, grandparents, family members, Pirate fans, friends, and community members who donated, shared, encouraged and helped spread the word. It truly takes a community to support our student athletes, and once again, Bluffton proved just how strong ours is.

These fundraisers help provide the extras that make a difference for our kids — and we are so grateful for everyone who continues to invest in them and their experiences.

And of course, a huge thank you to Vertical Raise for partnering with us and helping make this fundraiser such a success!

The Bluffton Athletic Boosters would like to give a big THANK YOU to Southgate Lanes Inc and Fat Jack's Pizza for stepping up to the plate and allowing us to place our Pull Tab machines in their establishments! 🎳🍕🏆

Partnerships like these help provide valuable support for our student-athletes and athletic programs. We are grateful to work alongside local businesses that believe in investing in our youth and our community.

We’re down to just under 8 days left in our Vertical Raise fundraiser, and we are SO close to reaching our goal!

We’re excited to launch our new digital fundraiser through Vertical Raise—think of it as Booster Drive 2.0!

We’re asking all Bluffton High School fall athletes to participate by providing 20–25 phone numbers and email addresses of friends and family who may be willing to support Bluffton Athletics. Vertical Raise will securely send a fundraising message on the athlete’s behalf, making it an easy way to reach supporters.

Athletes should come prepared with their list that has been saved in the “notes” section of their phone along with a photo of them playing their favorite Bluffton sport tomorrow night, July 23, at the high school gym:
• HS Boys: 6:00 PM
• HS Girls: 6:30 PM

Every donation helps provide equipment, uniforms, the HUDL subscription, and many other resources that benefit all Bluffton student-athletes throughout the year.

Bluffton High School Athletic Boosters, Ohio are starting a new fundraiser this week to replace the Super Booster Drive and 300 Club. The Vertical Raise Fundraiser Kickoff, which will take place, Thursday July 23 (the day after the Fall Sport parent meeting). The Athletic Boosters will meet with our male athletes at 6:00 p.m. and our female athletes at 6:30 p.m. in the High School gym. This meeting is for high school athletes (grades 9-12) only.

Before the meeting, athletes should work with their parents to compile:

At least 20 email addresses
At least 10 cell phone numbers

These should be friends and family members they plan to ask to support the fundraiser. Athletes should enter this information into the Notes app on their phone and bring their phone to the meeting on Thursday July 23.

Parents do not need to attend.

Included is information about Vertical Raise. This is a digital fundraiser in which athletes will use the contact list they create to send donation requests. Each contact will receive only one request during the fundraiser.

Just like that, the 2025-26 Bluffton Athletics year is in the books. We want to say a tremendous THANK YOU to the many people who make Bluffton Athletics possible. Thank you to our teachers, coaches, principals, superintendent, Board of Education members, treasurer, secretaries, custodians, buildings and grounds staff, maintenance staff, boosters, photographers, mothers clubs, parent groups, even officials, and everyone else who gives their time and support to our students. Most of all thank you to our kids!!! You represent Bluffton the right way. We are proud of everyone one of our athletes. A simple thank you is woefully inadequate, but we are grateful. Bluffton is a special place because of the people who care so much about kids. You are appreciated.
