Rachael’s Rascals

School is back in full swing, and so are we! We are back open and have a couple spots left for full time or part time childcare, we are now located in Berne. I am so thankful to all the families that I have had the opportunity to meet and work with. I am looking forward to another great year in our new permanent location. 🦋

Please reach out to me if you are interested and we can schedule a tour 💕

Here is our 2026/2027 Rascal Calendar.

*please keep in mind that there may be a few days throughout the year that are not listed on this calendar that we may need off but I will let you know well in advance if/when that needs to happen.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to message me. Thank you✨

🦋✨Hey everyone, I need your opinions. ✨🦋

I have been thinking about extending our hours from 6am-5pm to 5:30am-5:30pm.

Would this help with drop off and pick up availability?

What Hours/shift is your job?

Do you think extending 30 minutes in the morning and evening would be enough of a difference?

I work alone so extending the work day is a big undertaking but I also understand that first shift often has to be at work by 6am and that closing at 5pm makes a lot of parents that work 8-5 not be able to attend.

Please give me your feedback, I am open to suggestions💕

Hello Everyone!
I know everyone has been waiting for an update on the new Daycare space. We are still having to work on a few things but I wanted to give everyone a sneak peek of our new space and let you know we are re-opening…..

Monday, August 17th 2026 in Berne, Indiana!

Please reach out if you need childcare, or if you want to plan ahead. We already have 4 people on our wait list for later in the year and a few tours scheduled over the next couple of weeks. We would love to have you join us. We provide care for infants- until 3. If your child is already 3 I would suggest Berne Headstart.

We currently have availability:
1-infant spot
2-1 or 2 year old spots

* I know how scary it can be to have to put your child in childcare and to worry about their well being. Here at Rachael’s Rascals we are a small group(6 or less) in a home like environment where we can meet your child’s individual needs as well as help them learn to communicate with others. We use Brightwheel (childcare software) at no cost to you that you can receive daily reports and updates to help ease your mind.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns 💕

Good Morning Everyone ☀️

I have been asked for references from some new clients. I am reaching out to all my past clients to see who would feel comfortable with my new potential clients contacting you for a reference.

Also I am asking anyone who hasn’t left a review on our page to please consider leaving us a review as this is a wonderful way for others to know what your experience was like here.

We love and appreciate all the support we have had over the last 3 years! Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Rascal Family💕
