In the last 30 days would you bet on you?
How about the last 6 months?
If the answer is “no”, “sorta” or “not sure”, you need to get your s**t together.
I don’t mean this in a demeaning or hurtful way, friend. I mean, you need to get your s**t together. 😉
So HOW can you do that?
Take the “Can You 341 Challenge”:
Every single day in March do ALL of the following things:
✅ Stay off of all social media (1 point)
✅ Meditate for at least 10 minutes (1 point)
✅ Journal for at least 10 minutes (1 point)
✅ Read at least 10 minutes of a non-fiction book (1 point)
✅ Sleep for at least 6 hours (1 point)
✅ Give up alcohol, soda, energy drinks and sugary drinks (no exceptions) (1 point)
✅ Follow a strict, healthy diet. Absolutely no cheating. If you’re not sure which diet to follow, follow the Anti-Inflammatory diet (1 point)
✅ Workout every day for at least 30 minutes(1 point)
✅ Reach out to one person per day you haven’t heard from in awhile (1 point)
✅ Work on that thing you’ve always wanted to do each day for at least 10 minutes (1 point)
Add up your points at the end of the day.*
💪💪 A perfect day is 11 points. (That’s right, this Challenge goes to 11.) A perfect score for the challenge is 341 points.
Find some friends to do it with. Keep each other focused.
*Any time you miss something take away 2 points (1 for missing, 1 for setting yourself back and not being committed to the best you) ☠️☠️
💣💣☠️☠️Anytime you miss your diet or drinks, take away 3 points. (Yup. It’s THAT important.) 💣💣☠️☠️
‼️Earn bonus points‼️:
⚡️Workout for 60 minutes (add a point)
⚡️Read for 30 minutes (add a point)
⚡️Journal for 30 minutes (add a point)
⚡️Meditate for 30 minutes (add a point)
⚡️Work on that special thing for 30 minutes (add a point)
⚡️Reach out to at least 5 people you haven’t heard from awhile that day (add a point)
