Liking to eat is not always a bad thing depending on what it is you like to eat. When I first met Mary Kay V. for her consultation, she said she likes to eat, but then said she likes to eats sweets. Being able to teach and guide Mary Kay on this journey to still enjoy eating, but eating the right foods and avoid the sweets became a daily lifestyle for her. The best part she wanted to meet her #1 goal...TO FEEL BETTER. Knowing she was dealing with knee pain after 45 days she wasn't feeling that pain anymore. In the end, the part that made it successful, was her ability to tell me SHE CAN DO THIS!!!

My weight kept going higher and higher. I had no energy, and my knee was constantly sore. This had become my everyday life.
I had tried almost everything out there to lose weight. I would have some success for a little while, but once I went off the program, the weight would come back — usually bringing extra friends with it!
My sister told me she was starting a program that focused on inflammation, and one of the side benefits was weight loss.
Was I leery of the program? Yes.
Was I sad I was losing my Friday night eating buddy? Double yes!
Did I join her at the time? No.
As I watched her feel better, gain energy, and lose weight, I still wasn’t sold. I thought I could do it on my own… which never happened.
Then my brother-in-law decided to do it too. I watched him lose weight and have so much energy. That’s when I started thinking, “What could it hurt if I tried?”
I remember talking with Andy about starting before the holidays. Honestly, I was thinking about all the food I wouldn’t get to eat! Andy told me, “It’s just one day,” but he let me decide whether I wanted to start before or after the holidays.
Knowing there would always be an excuse to wait, I jumped in and started on Monday, September 29th.
Did I survive the holidays? Yes — and I actually enjoyed them even more while still losing weight!
One thing I really love about the program was having a simple list of approved foods to choose from. That made it easy for me, and I genuinely liked the foods on the list. I also needed the accountability. Knowing I had to show Andy my food choices helped keep me on track.
Andy was always encouraging and supportive. If I had questions or hit a plateau, he would remind me to look at all the other progress I was making.
Did I get hungry sometimes? Yes. But it helped knowing I would have another snack or meal soon. I actually liked eating every 2–3 hours.
Toward the end of the first 3 months, Andy wanted to introduce exercise. I told him I wasn’t ready yet because I still wanted to focus on losing more weight first. He was completely supportive and said he would help walk me through the exercise part later.
When the first 3 months ended, I realized I wasn’t ready to do it completely on my own yet. I signed up for another 3 months, but this time I only checked in with Andy once a week. I’m so glad I did, because it helped me learn how to maintain this lifestyle while still continuing to lose weight.
Later, I started exercising and slowly adding more foods back into my diet to support my workouts.
By the end of the program, I had lost 75 pounds total. I feel amazing. My knee no longer hurts, I exercise regularly, and I actually look forward to it. I enjoy shopping for clothes now, and my confidence has skyrocketed.
Besides my sister and brother-in-law, several others from my church have done the program too, and we continue to support each other.
This is truly a lifestyle I can maintain — and am maintaining. Andy has taught me so much and completely changed my mindset and life!

Hello,
My name is Crystal and my journey goes like this:
I first heard of Andy with Sharp Health and Fitness about one and half years ago from a friend. Isaw how she had a complete body tr ansformation and was interested in knowing more
about how this worked. However, I never reached out until another friend a year later asked me if she could brag on herself a little. I said absolutely! She started telling me about this program and how she was having success at losing weight. It started to sound familiar and that’s when I realized it was the same program my friend Crystal had been on. I spoke with my family about this, and they all encouraged me to go for it. The last person I wanted to run it by was my doctor. She said she had some other patients on
his program, and she felt it was a good plan for me. That’s when I knew the time was right, so I reached out for my free consultation, and I started with Andy in October 2026.
I knew it would take me straight into the Holiday season, but I decided if I was going to do this why wait until the Holidays were over and be heavier, unhealthier, and unhappier, so my journey began. I am 60-year-old post-menopausal women who also was diagnosed with Hashimotos. I really didn’t have too much hope that I would be able to reach my goal. But guess what,
with Andy I did! His program really does work and is individualized to each person’s needs/lifestyle. I won’t lie and say it was easy peasy because it wasn’t. But that’s another aspect that made me feel proud of myself! The plan is simple, but in the end,
you must be determined to want to get healthy and listen to what Andy is teaching you. He really is a kind and knowledgeable teacher, and I would not have been able to do
this without him! Thank you Andy! I got to my goal weight in the 3 months I worked with Andy. I continued to work with him
