What an amazing time at Worlds with these amazing athletes! I couldn’t be more proud of them... proud of their commitment, hard work, perseverance, passion and love of the Sport and each other. There are always obstacles for every team and without them none of us would be who we are. As hard as they are, I am so grateful to experience the ups and downs with these incredible kids... and look where it got us? To Worlds!!! I loved watching them on that stage today. I was so overwhelmed with emotion and the love i have for all of them!! Thank you for being YOU! For believing in yourselves, in Prime 5 and in UPA! You were amazing today! Such a fun night! Our Worlds and Summit Teams blew us away... we can’t wait to see them in Orlando! Then we topped it off with some team and coaches gifts, awards, and ice cream! Doesn’t get any better!! We certainly love all these athletes and their amazing parents! What an amazing season it has been!! @ UPA Cheer

Protein Balls will be at UPA starting tomorrow! Yay! This is a great, healthy and easy go to snack for our athletes while they are training... especially on those long practice days! We always have athletes coming to practice hungry and are excited to have something healthy to offer them.
