Congratulations to Dr. Yi Charlie Chen, Associate Professor of Biology and Environmental Science, on a $370,000 WV-INBRE award to develop new treatments for chemotherapy-resistant ovarian cancer. 🥼

That’s a wrap on Homecoming 2026 - “No Place Like Home.” 💙

From the 5th Annual Mining Scholarship Dinner honoring Jim Bunn Sr. to the Block Party, tailgating, the Sneaker Ball, and our Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2026 induction — the Hill was alive all week. The scoreboard didn’t go our way, but the stands were full of Big Blue pride every game! 🐾
