We are currently looking for an Intensive Clinician to join our New Horizons team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those experiencing a mental health crisis within our community.

Starting Salary Range: $54,600 - $62,790

Education requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or other licensed- eligible human services field is required
• State of Virginia License is required in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• If not fully licensed with the Virginia Board of Counseling, you are required to register and become licensed-eligible within three months of hire (if applicable).
• At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
