Hope Uncorked 2026! What a beautiful night celebrating our children and the community who believes in what is possible for them!

A special shout-out to all of our sponsors, donors, volunteers, family, and friends who walk alongside us to create something different. Something special. An education that ignites a passion for learning, taps into each child’s gifts, and nurtures who God created them to be.

We are building an education model that matches the needs of this generation. We are changing the paradigm - asking how we can do better - giving children what they need and deserve through purposeful learning, opportunities to think and create, and a community where they are known, loved, and belong.

At Marian Hope, we will NEVER apologize for movement breaks.

Kids weren’t designed to sit still all day—and movement isn’t taking away from learning. Movement fuels learning.

It resets the brain, sharpens attention, and helps kids come back ready to engage. We’re not interested in measuring a great school day by how long students sit in a chair. We care about the quality of the time they spend learning.

If you can’t fix a broken paradigm, build a new one.

At Marian Hope Academy, we believe childhood is not something to rush through—it is something to protect.

For too long, education has pushed children into left-brain academics earlier and earlier, often before it is developmentally appropriate. In the race to meet standards, we’ve unintentionally crowded out what young children need most: play, movement, creativity, imagination, discovery, and meaningful social-emotional growth.

Marian Hope Academy - we different on purpose for this purpose!

Our kindergarteners play. They create. They build. They move. They explore. They solve problems. They collaborate. They engage with the world around them.

And guess what? They still learn to read, write, and develop strong mathematical thinking every single day.

The difference is how they learn.

We give children what science—and childhood itself—has always shown they need most: time to play, time to wonder, and time to grow into confident, joyful learners.

Because when we honor the way children were designed to develop, learning doesn’t compete with childhood—it flourishes because of it.

Special shout out to this man!

There are no words for Kevin Perz, owner of Dynamic Fasteners. He is filled with wisdom, passion and generosity!

A group of students brought thank you treats to him and his staff this morning - gratitude for a very generous donation to our mission. Kevin kindly spent time with our students. He talked to them about business practices, shared stories and gave them a tour. Our time there was delightful and entertaining. Every visit is always a learning experience! The way he challenges students to think “business-like” is impressive.

We are so grateful for all he has done for the Marian Hope mission and community.
