Aesop House Aesop House Aesop House is a team of teachers and students at McKinley Middle School, an International Baccalaureate school. He embodies several of our I.B.

Our house is named after the ancient Greek writer Aesop. (Aesop’s Fables)

Aesop was The Ultimate Underdog...

Being born a deformed slave allowed him to see injustice, being a thinker who took risks allowed him to speak against it. Learner Profile Traits

Risk-Taker = He was not afraid to speak against things he saw as unfair. Thinker = He used logic and creativity to speak his mind while staying

under the radar. Communicator = He cleverly used children’s stories to spread his message. Reflective = He used his experience as a slave to see the world differently.
