Our FCHS Bridge Academy students had a great time at the Rodeo on Friday!
Thank you to the Kiwanis Club and all of the incredible Rodeo participants for welcoming our students and making the day so much fun! We are grateful for our amazing community partners who help create memorable experiences for our students.

All students are required to attend advisement on Wednesday, August 26, from 9:25-10:30. To comply with House Bill 268, information will be delivered to teach students the steps needed to prevent violence in their school and community. Every student in grades 6-12 must receive 1 hour of youth violence prevention training. Once again, please make plans to attend advisement.

FCHS Parents & Guardians:

To help speed up the morning parent drop-off line, please pull completely forward when dropping off your student. The more vehicles we can fit in the unloading area, the more efficiently traffic will move for everyone.

Please also make sure your student has all of their belongings gathered and is ready to exit the vehicle when you reach the drop-off area. Once the car has safely stopped, students should exit promptly and make their way to the sidewalk.

Thank you for helping us keep our morning arrival process safe and efficient for all students!

It was a great day of hands-on learning in our General Medicine class at FCHS today!

Nelson Soriero, a paramedic with Fannin County EMS, visited our class today to teach students about airway management. He explained and demonstrated the use of adjunct airways, including OPAs, NPAs, and ET tubes, and then allowed students to practice these skills themselves.

We are so grateful to Nelson and Fannin County EMS for sharing their expertise and giving our students valuable, real-world experience!

FCHS Homecoming Parade 2026

Mark your calendars! The Fannin County High School Homecoming Parade will take place on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 5:30 PM in downtown Blue Ridge.

Come out and support all of the Fannin County Schools as we kick off Homecoming Week and celebrate our students, teams, clubs, and community spirit!
