We are so excited to share a very special new chapter for our Redland Child Development Center family! ๐ค
For many years, Beverly Owings has been a huge part of the heart and foundation of Redland Child Development Center. While much of what she has done has happened behind the scenes, her influence can be seen throughout every part of RCDC. The culture we have built, the standards we hold ourselves to, the way we love our children and families, and the family atmosphere that makes RCDC so special have all been shaped by the foundation Beverly worked so hard to create.
As Beverly begins to step back, the foundation she has built isnโt going anywhere. It is something we are incredibly proud of and something we hope to continue carrying forward for many years to come. ๐ค
With this transition, we are so excited to officially announce Haven Owings as Co-Owner of Redland Child Development Center! ๐
Haven has been a part of RCDC for years, working in different roles throughout the center and building relationships with our children, families, and staff along the way. She also recently graduated with her Master of Social Work, furthering her passion for working with children and families and giving her even more knowledge and experience to bring into this new role.
This transition is incredibly special to our family. While we are stepping into a new season, our heart and purpose remain the same: to provide a safe, loving, nurturing environment where children are known, cared for, and given the opportunity to grow. ๐ซถ๐ผ
We are so thankful for every family who has trusted RCDC with their little ones throughout the years, and we are beyond excited for what this next chapter holds.
