Blue Mountain seniors attended a College & Career Fair at Blue Mountain Christian University today. The students met with local industries, military, and colleges. The information they obtained will help them to explore all of the many options available to them after graduation. It was wonderful to see the students using good communication skills when meeting new people.

We would like to send a big THANK YOU to BMCU for hosting this event and their continued support of our school. We would also like to thank our Career Coach Deana Reno for organizing this visit.

Come meet teachers, visit classrooms, and see what’s ahead for another great year at Blue Mountain!

Then, join us for our Title I Meeting at 5:00 PM in the cafeteria. One lucky attendee will win a $50 Walmart gift card! To be eligible for the door prize, you must be present and signed in at the Title 1 Meeting.

Mrs. Shelby Davis’s 6th grade class is reviewing multiplying and dividing decimals with a fun “Write Around the Room” activity! Students are getting up, moving around, and putting their math skills to work. ➗✖️

🐻🔤 Learning the Letter M! 🔤🐻

Mrs. Laura’s Kindergarten class had a marvelous time learning the letter M last week! From practicing their M’s in shaving cream to making their very own masks, our little learners were busy having fun while learning. ✏️🎭

Their book for the week was all about a bear, so on Friday, the students brought their own bears—or favorite plushies—to join them for a cozy day of learning! 🧸❤️

A big THANK YOU to Mrs. Laura and Mrs. Courtney for making learning so much fun! We love seeing our Cougars learn, create, and grow! 💙🐾
