We’ve loved serving our students this week and helping keep them fueled up for learning, fun, and summer memories. Huge thank you to our amazing staff for all their hard work and to the students for bringing the smiles every day!

Big congratulations to are very own Luella on being named Opaa’s Employee of the Year for the whole state of Missouri! 🎉

Luella is the heart of the Blue Eye School cafeteria, showing up every day with a smile, a strong work ethic, and genuine care for every student and staff member she serves. This recognition is so well deserved and a reflection of the positive impact she makes in our school community.

Special reminder of why we love what we do here at Blue Eye Elementary. ❤️

One of our amazing students took the time to give our kitchen staff a heartfelt thank you card, and it truly meant the world to us. It’s moments like these that remind us that the small things serving meals with a smile, learning names, and caring for our students really do make a difference.

We are so grateful for the kindness and appreciation shown by our students every day. Thank you for making our kitchen feel like more than just a place to eat it’s a place full of connection, care, and community.

And a big thanks you to Brecklyn.

Today’s special: Biscuits & Gravy … and apparently, so is our staff dress code! 😄

Showed up perfectly coordinated with breakfast, proudly modeling exactly what we’re serving. If that’s not school spirit (and good taste), I don’t know what is!

❤️🌮 Taco Tuesday at Blue Eye! 🌮❤️

It was a good day in the kitchen! We served up giant Birria tacos and taco salads!

Just another day for the Blue Eye Food Crew working hard behind the scenes to make sure our kids are fed well and taken care of. Around here, it’s more than just lunch it’s neighbors serving neighbors and doing what we can to make the day a little better. ❤️🐾
