KenCrest was proud to welcome members of the Lutheran Services in America Disability Network to Philadelphia for the 2026 Summer Meeting! As the host organization, we were excited to kick off the gathering with an agency spotlight tour, offering members a closer look at KenCrest's mission and the impact of our work throughout the community. Members had the opportunity to visit one of our Children's Transitional Homes and our newest SMART Home in the heart of Philly.
Over the past two days, leaders from across the network and country came together to explore critical issues shaping the future of disability services, including long-term care, Medicaid, Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), innovation, AI in the IDD space, and strategies for strengthening community-based supports.
Guided by a shared faith and commitment to serving others, we're grateful for opportunities like this to connect, learn, and collaborate with organizations that share our commitment to advancing inclusion, advocacy, and high-quality supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Together, we're helping build stronger communities and brighter futures. β¨
