Pineapple Dole Whip cheesecake has just been added to the menu.

We have taken the iconic and refreshing flavor of Dole Whip and made it into a cheesecake that is perfect for summer. It has a graham cracker crust and a cheesecake layer that is full of pineapple flavor. The pineapple whipped cream on top adds even more refreshing flavor. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU EAT THIS CHEESECAKE FROZEN. It really brings out the pineapple flavor and makes it more like eating actual Dole Whip.

Maggie was so excited to make this mosaic wall hanging of her and her best friend for their new house. It is from a company called Brick Me. She sent in a photograph and they sent her back all of the Lego pieces to make the mosaic. And yes, those are all tiny little squares. It turned out great!

Our popular summer seasonal flavor, Blueberry Elderflower, is back on the menu!

This unique cheesecake starts with a buttery crust made with brown sugar, flour, and walnuts. The filling is flavored with elderflowers that are grown right in our own back yard. It is topped with a blueberry sauce, elderflower whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and fresh blueberries.

EXCITING NEWS: Our spring seasonal flavor, Lemon Heaven, will not be going away. Because of its popularity and the feedback the we received about it, Lemon Heaven will now be on our menu year round.
