🚶‍♀️🍂 WALK ACROSS TENNESSEE: WEEK TWO UPDATE! 🍂🚶‍♂️

Sullivan County is keeping those steps coming! 🎉 We’re excited to share our Week Two update for Walk Across Tennessee and celebrate the teams and individuals making strides toward a healthier lifestyle!

Earlier this week Sullivan County 4-H Volunteers Kim Grieb and Scarlett Cox attended the Eastern Region 4-H Volunteer Celebration.

Volunteers from across the region attended to recognize the countless hours given to serve our 4-H program.

We are so thankful for all of our amazing 4-H volunteers who continue to Make the Best Better🍀

Sullivan County 4-H Homeschool Club

This month, we’re exploring native wildlife! We’ll learn about animals found in our area, how they survive in their environments, and what makes them unique. Plus, we’ll get an up-close look at Albert the Hissing Cockroach!

Our Homeschool Club is open to students in grades 4–12, and we love learning through hands-on activities and new experiences. Come join us for a fun time learning about wildlife and the natural world around us!

Are you in grades 6–12? Come join us for Honor Club next week! We’ll have a representative from Goodwill joining us to talk about community engagement and service opportunities.

This is a great chance to learn more about ways to get involved in our community, give back, and make a difference!

Whether you’ve been part of 4-H for years or are new to Honor Club, we’d love to see you there! Come ready to learn and find new ways to serve your community!

This week, we’re learning all about horse tack and the different uses for it! Whether you’re brand new to horses or have years of experience, there’s always something new to learn.

Never been to a 4-H meeting before? That’s okay! Come join us, learn something new, and have fun with us! You don’t need any horse experience to be part of our club. We’d love to see you there!
