This weekend, your favorite Calhoun County 4-H duo, Claire & Kaylene, are attending the Florida 4-H Statewide Volunteer Forum. In addition to helping lead at the event, we're learning new ideas, discovering helpful resources, and connecting with 4-H volunteers and professionals from across the state.

The best part isn't just what happens at the Forum. It's what comes home with us! Every session, conversation, and resource helps us strengthen our volunteer program and create even more opportunities for Calhoun County youth.

🍀 Great programs start with great people! This summer, our 4-H Agent, Program Assistant, and Summer Intern worked together to bring educational opportunities to youth across Calhoun County.

From summer camps and club meetings to school programs, special events, and hands-on learning activities, they helped create experiences that allowed youth to learn new skills, build confidence, develop leadership abilities, and connect with their community.

Every program is an opportunity to make a positive impact in a young person's life, and we're grateful for the support that helps make those opportunities possible.

Have you ever thought about serving as a club officer? Join us on August 25 for our 4-H Club Officer Interest Meeting and learn what it takes to become a 4-H leader!

You'll learn about officer positions, responsibilities, election speeches, and leadership skills while building confidence along the way. This meeting is open to all interested 4-H members, and attending does not obligate you to run for office.
