Curious what the Zeigler Institute for Professional Development is all about?

Looking to join our ZIPD Elite program but not sure where to start? Already a member but not sure what to focus on next?

Well, look no further for help, as our wonderful and capable 2026 - 2027 ZIPD Team is here to assist and guide! Our GAs and Director are available for 1:1 meetings with students in person on the Bloomsburg campus or on Zoom (scheduled via email). For the former, stop by the ZIPD Suite, located on the 2nd Floor of Sutliff Hall (as soon as you climb the stairs, look straight ahead).

This year, Cait is also available on the Lock Haven and Mansfield campuses in person and posts her schedule in Brightspace for in person meetings on those campuses!

ZIPD has always been about developing leaders, and now it’s time to see that network in action!

Terry Zeigler has issued an All In challenge to all ZIPD alumni and participants:

If 200 members of the ZIPD community make a gift of any size to any area within the Zeigler College of Business during the All In Day of Giving, it will unlock an additional $50,000 in support of ZCOB students!!

As faculty and staff, we see firsthand the impact this program has on our students. This is a great opportunity to help strengthen it even further.
